本文在作了关于发展与代价问题的思想史考察后 ,在总结概括中外有关研究成果的基础上提出了发展及其代价的一般理论 ,这主要包括 :发展和代价的基本含义及其实质 ,代价的基本类型和代价产生的根源。作者强调 ,代价是发展的题中应有之义 ,发展通过付出代价并扬弃代价来为自己开辟道路 ,这是一条历史的规律。我们要正确认识发展与代价的辩证关系 ,树立正确的发展代价观 ,选择合理的发展模式 ,提高领导干部和国民的素质 ,把中国社会发展过程中的代价限制到最小程度。
After making a survey of the history of thoughts on the issue of development and cost, this paper puts forward a general theory of development and its cost on the basis of summing up the relevant research results both at home and abroad. This mainly includes: the basic meaning of development and cost and its essence, The basic types and costs of the root causes. The author emphasizes that the cost is the proper meaning of development. It is a historical law that development paves the way for itself by paying the price and abandoning the consideration. We must correctly understand the dialectical relationship between development and cost, establish a correct view of the cost of development, choose a reasonable mode of development, and improve the quality of leading cadres and nationals, so as to limit the price in the process of social development in China to a minimum.
