为了贯彻《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》,国家教委直接指导的十所试点园进行了两年多的艰苦探索。在试点工作中经历了新教育观和新教育技能的挑战。试点工作的实践使我们取得了共识:教育首先应是发展认识的手段,而不仅仅是训练和灌输的工具;教育不仅要实现社会对儿童的要求,还要满足儿童个体和谐发展的要求;教育要面向现实的需要,还要面向未来的挑战。生存与发展是儿童的基本权利。我们不仅要承认幼儿的年龄特征,而且要承认每个幼儿的个体差
