笔者从几所小学开高的语、数实验班的成绩来看,确实很好,同对比的普通班相比较,往往有「天壤之别」。究其原因,除了实验教材本身的因素之外,还有两点:一是实验班和教师都是学校领导几经考虑挑选的素质好、经验丰富的教师,二是实验班的学生是经过认真选择的学生。选择好教师搞实验,无可非议。但是,实验班的学生搞择优组合,我认为就有点「虚」和「偏」了。 每每听完实验班的一堂课,在评课时或评课后,总会听以这样一些议论,这个班的学生挑选的好,那个班的学生挑选的不好。似乎实
