积极推行与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的学习模式有着非常重要的意义。教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性是人才培养模式改革的重点。任务驱动教学法有助于学生实践能力的提高。在分析民事诉讼法实践教学改革的学科优势的基础上,对任务驱动教学法在民事诉讼法实践教学中的应用进行探讨,以求抛砖引玉。
It is of great importance to actively promote a learning model that combines productive labor with social practice. The practicality, openness and professionalism of the teaching process are the key points in the reform of personnel training mode. Task-driven pedagogy helps students improve their practical abilities. On the basis of analyzing the subject advantages of the practical teaching reform of civil procedure law, this paper discusses the application of the task-driven teaching method in the practical teaching of civil procedure law, in order to start a discussion.
