本刊曾于1989年第2期刊登了本文三位作者的“中美两国职工需求跨文化比较研究”一文,在那篇文章中,作者通过调查揭示了20项指标在中美两国职工需求中的不同位次并进一步介绍了这一区别决定的不同管理技巧。我们认为,探讨两国职工需求差异原因的工作不仅很有趣,而且其结果也很令人深思。也许,这些差异的潜台词正是两国工效差异很大的部分解释。本文引起我们很大兴趣的另一个原因是它研究方法所具有的特点,即没有那些空洞的设想与不切实际的宏篇大论。我们希望,也相信广大读者希望能更多地看到这种文章。
In the 2nd issue of 1989, this article published the article “A Cross-Cultural Comparative Study of Staff and Demand across China and the United States” by the authors of the article. In that article, the author revealed that 20 indicators were used by employees in China and the United States. Different positions in the demand and further introduced different management techniques for this difference determination. We believe that the work of exploring the reasons for the differences in the needs of the workers in the two countries is not only very interesting, but the results are also very reflective. Perhaps the subtext of these differences is part of the explanation for the large difference in ergonomics between the two countries. Another reason why this article has caused us great interest is the characteristics of its research methods, that is, without those empty ideas and unrealistic macro theory. We hope and believe that readers hope to see more of this article.
