本文通过对我国某电力系统的研究指出:重合时间延长或缩短何种对系统永久故障下动态稳定性更为有利的问题,主要取决系统跳开故障相线路后非全相运行的静态稳定储备系数的大小。并进一步提出了以发端系统等值机与受端系统等值机的相对角度δ_(12)对时间的导数(切除故障相后)大于零或小于零作为重合时间应该缩短或延长的判别准则。这个问题的研究对提高我国高压输电系统的输送能力是有一定意义的。
