作者观察了大鼠在低氧习服过程中 ,骨骼肌毛细血管密度和血流供应的变化规律。大鼠在模拟海拔 5 0 0 0m低氧 5d、1 5d和 3 0d后 ,用肌球蛋白ATP酶 (mATPase)组织化学方法显示骨骼肌Ⅰ、Ⅱ型纤维和毛细血管并进行图像分析 ;用放射性微球法测定骨骼肌血流量。结果
The authors observed the changes of rat skeletal muscle capillary density and blood flow during hypoxic acclimatization. Rats were subjected to mATPase histochemical staining for type I and type II fibers and capillaries after 5 days, 15 days and 30 days of hypoxia at a simulated altitude of 500 meters. The images were analyzed by radioactivity Microspheres method for determination of skeletal muscle blood flow. result
