本文检测了63例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)病人红细胞镁(E-Mg)浓度变化,同时观察了镁在体外对AMI病人红细胞变形能力(ED)、红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性及E-Mg和红细胞钙(E-Ca)浓度的影响,以期从镁对ED影响的角度探讨镁对AMI病情及预后的影响。结果显示,AMI病人E-Mg明显低于对照组(p<0.001),且有室性心律失常(VA)者和72h内死亡者降低更明显。AMI病人红细胞与镁共同孵育后,红细胞滤过指数(IF).E-Ca浓度明显降低,E-Mg浓度和Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显增高,与孵育前比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.001),与对照组比较无显著差异(P0.05)。提示镁在体外具有提高ED的作用,可能对改善心肌微循环。减少梗塞面积和改善预后有重要意义。
In this paper, the changes of erythrocyte magnesium (E-Mg) concentration in 63 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were examined. The effects of magnesium on erythrocyte deformability (ED), Na + -K + -ATPase activity in erythrocyte membrane and E- Mg and erythrocyte calcium (E-Ca) concentration in order to explore the effect of magnesium on the condition and prognosis of AMI from the perspective of the effect of magnesium on ED. The results showed that the E-Mg in patients with AMI was significantly lower than that of the control group (p <0.001), and those with ventricular arrhythmia (VA) and those who died within 72 hours were more obvious. AMI patients with red blood cells incubated with magnesium, the erythrocyte filtration index (IF). E-Mg concentration and Na + -K + -ATPase activity were significantly increased compared with those before incubation, the difference was significant (P <0.001), there was no significant difference compared with the control group (P> 0.05) . Prompted magnesium in vitro with the role of ED to improve, may improve myocardial microcirculation. Reduce infarct size and improve prognosis of great significance.
