目的评价往复旋转镍钛系统Reciproc和Waveone在根管预备过程中,推出根尖碎屑质量以及根管预备效率。方法收集80颗正畸治疗拔出的下颌第一前磨牙,随机分为4组(n=20),第1组使用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,第2组使用Pro Taper,第3组用Wave One Primary(25号/0.08变锥度),第4组用Reciproc R25(25号/0.08锥度)。将离体牙在液瓶盖中固定并封闭。记录预备时间段,测定根尖碎屑的质量。结果 4组推出根尖孔外碎屑的质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中,手动K锉组推出根尖孔外碎屑质量最多,Wave One组和Reciproc组单根锉预备组推出根尖碎屑质量少于机用Pro Taper镍钛锉(P<0.05),Wave One组和Reciproc组推出根尖牙本质碎屑质量无显著差异(P>0.05)。4组不同器械预备的时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中,手用不锈钢K锉预备所花费时间最长。往复旋转镍钛锉Wave One组和Reciproc组预备根管所花费的时间最短,且两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 Waveone和Reciproc镍钛组为4组中推出根尖碎屑质量最少,且预备根管所需的时间最短。
Objective To evaluate the quality of root tip crumbs and the efficiency of root canal preparation in reciprocating revolving NiTi systems Reciproc and Waveone during root canal preparation. Methods 80 mandibular first premolars extracted from orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 20). Group 1 was prepared with stainless steel K-files for root canal preparation, group 2 with Pro Taper, group 3 with Wave One Primary (number 25 / 0.08 taper) and group 4 Reciproc R25 (number 25 / 0.08 taper). Detach the isolated tooth in the cap of the fluid and close it. Record the preparation time period, the determination of the quality of apical detritus. Results There were significant differences in the quality of detritus outside the apical foramen between the four groups (P <0.01). Among them, the quality of the detritus outside the apical foramen was highest in the manual K-file group and the single file preparation group in the Wave One group and the Reciproc group There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the quality of apical dentin from Wave One and Reciproc when the quality of apical debris was less than that of Pro Taper nickel-titanium filer (P <0.05). There were significant differences in the time of preparation for 4 different instruments (P <0.01), of which the hand-made stainless steel K-file preparation took the longest time. Reciprocal rotary nickel titanium files Wave One group and Reciproc group preparation of the root canal the shortest time spent, and no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION Waveone and Reciproc NiTi have the lowest quality of apical detritus in 4 groups and the shortest time of preparation of root canal.
