针对中厚板轧制过程实测温度测量精度受环境和仪表误差影响问题,中厚板生产线各个测温仪存在不同程度的测量误差,它对过程控制系统有很大影响。采用推理控制技术,对测温仪实测温度进行置信区间计算,采用部分最小二乘法设计推理估计器,以可信度最高的测温仪为基准,对在线其它测温仪测量值进行推理估计并确定其测量偏差。通过实际应用表明,该方法可大大提高温度的检测精度,具有良好的实际应用价值。
