2012年7月16日至17日,全国人事人才科研年会暨中原经济区人力资源发展论坛在河南郑州举行。本次会议由中国人事科学研究院与河南省人社厅联合主办。河南省人民政府副省长王铁出席开幕式并致辞,中国继续工程教育协会理事长、原国家人事部副部长戴光前出席大会,并在“人事人才重大政策顶层设计”研讨会上做了相关专题报告。
