From May 25 to May 26, 2006, a forum for the construction of national science and technology committee and an independent innovation forum were held in Guangzhou. The conference was sponsored by the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Construction and undertaken by the Guangzhou Municipal Commission of Science and Technology for Construction and Construction. The theme of the conference was “Promoting Independent Innovation and Exchange of New Ideas and New Achievements”.
