哈尔滨铁路局成人教育学会,于1991年1月17日至18日在齐齐哈尔铁路运输职工大学召开第二届年会。这次年会的中心议题是:“认真学习、统一思想、认清形势、明确方向、振奋精神、努力奋进”。年会共收到论文87篇,有31篇论文获奖。沈铁丹东分局、哈铁佳木斯车辆段分别在会上介绍了经验。铁道部教育司有关负责同志就全路职工教育的形势、任务以及理论研究问题作了专题报告。他介绍说,目前职工教育理论研究出现了突破性的进展,确立了职工教育的战略地位和办学方向,全员培训已被普遍接受,职教工作开始了以岗位培训为重点的战略性转移,提出了加强宏观指导并与劳动人事制度配合的管理思想;职工教育研究已从经验总结、工作研究转向对职工教育规
Harbin Institute of Adult Education, Railway Administration, January 17, 1991 to January 18 at the Qiqihar Railway Transportation Workers University held its second annual meeting.
