以常压锅炉为热源的供暖系统是一个开式供暖系统,这种系统设备简单,布置灵活,占地面积小,对供暖负荷大小的适应性强。但在循环水泵停止时会发生供暖系统倒空,这是它的一个致命弱点。因此在这种系统里,如何防止倒空就成为关键的技术问题。一般常使用如下的方法: 一、全部手动的方法:与闭式循环中循环泵出口可不装止回阀不同,开式系统中必须装止回阀,在回水管进锅炉处装截止阀、闸阀或球阀等闭路阀门(见图1)。
The heating system with atmospheric boiler as the heat source is an open heating system. This system is simple in equipment, flexible in layout, small in footprint, and adaptable to the magnitude of heating load. However, when the circulating water pump stops, the heating system will be empty, which is one of its fatal weaknesses. Therefore, in such a system, how to prevent emptying becomes a key technical problem. Generally, the following methods are commonly used: First, all manual methods: Unlike a closed loop, the circulation pump outlet may not be equipped with a check valve. The open system must be equipped with a check valve, and the backwater pipe should be installed at the boiler to install a stop valve and a gate valve. Or ball valves and other closed-circuit valves (see Figure 1).
