利用机械混合法制备了不同粒径SiCp填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料PTFE/SiCp,并采用M-200型环一块材料磨损试验机在干摩擦条件下对其磨损特性进行了研究,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪对复合材料的磨损表面和摩擦环表面进行了形貌观察及检测.结果表明:SiCp的加入大大提高了PTFE的耐磨性能,SiCp粒径的大小是影响复合材料耐磨性能及磨损机理的重要因素之一.
SiCp-filled PTFE / SiCp composites with different particle sizes were prepared by mechanical mixing method. The wear characteristics of the composites were studied under dry-friction condition by M-200 ring-piece wear tester. The morphology of the wear surface and the surface of the friction ring were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results show that the addition of SiCp greatly improves the wear resistance of PTFE, the size of SiCp is Affect the wear resistance of composite materials and wear mechanism of one of the important factors.
