日本三菱重工业公司是当前日本最大的电站锅炉生产厂家,其产品在日本国内外享有一定声誉。该公司自70年代后期致力于开发电站燃煤锅炉,无论是燃煤锅炉的设计技术,还是锅炉燃烧的低 NOx 化等方面,均具有三菱特色。在锅炉燃烧方式上,现在已形成美国 CE 与三菱的切圆方式,同美国 FW、日立的 U 形方式的世界两大技术流派。本文介绍三菱公司所开发的燃烧器及燃烧监测装置的机理、结构和使用范围。同时还阐述了该公司发展切圆角式燃烧方式的技术观点与现况。
Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is currently Japan’s largest power plant boiler manufacturer, its products enjoy a certain reputation both at home and abroad in Japan. The company since the late 1970s dedicated to the development of power station coal-fired boilers, whether it is the design of coal-fired boilers or boiler combustion of low NOx, etc., with Mitsubishi features. In the boiler combustion mode, the United States has now formed a tangent way CE and Mitsubishi, with the United States FW, Hitachi’s U-shaped world of the two major technical schools. This article describes the mechanism, structure and use of the burner and combustion monitoring device developed by Mitsubishi Corporation. At the same time, it also expounds the company’s development of cutting corner combustion technology point of view and current status.
