为了适应企业快速发展的要求,在企业基础管理逐步规范和管理界面逐步清晰的基础上,提高企业员工执行力势在必行。员工执行力是员工执行并完成任务的能力。员工是企业最基本的单位,是企业战略、目标、计划、任务的最终执行者,因此,员工执行力的好坏与企业的前途命运息息相关。提高员工执行力须从营造企业内部优秀的执行文化和建立有效的制度体系两个大方面综合考虑。当企业员工执行力真正得到提升时,企业的发展前途也就不言而喻了。
In order to meet the requirements of the rapid development of enterprises, it is imperative to improve the implementation of employees in the enterprise based on the gradual standardization of management and gradual specification of the management interface. Employee execution is the ability of employees to perform and accomplish tasks. Staff is the most basic unit of the enterprise, the ultimate executor of the enterprise strategy, goals, plans and tasks. Therefore, the staff’s execution ability is closely related to the future and destiny of the enterprise. Enhancing staff’s execution ability should be comprehensively considered from two aspects of building an excellent executive culture and establishing an effective system. When the implementation of enterprise staff really enhance the implementation of the enterprise’s development prospects are self-evident.
