由于学生的先天环境、志趣和目标的不同,造成了学生的个体差异,使班级这个群体组织有了先进学生和后进学生之分.后进生的转化工作是一个系统的工作,作为班主任更是责无旁贷.在后进生的转化上,做法可能不尽相同,着力点、切入点和激发点都可能有差异,但只要最终效果好,就算是成功的.本人以自己做班主任工作的实践为例,谈些粗浅看法.
Because of students’ innate environment, interests, and goals, students’ individual differences are caused, so that the class of this class has advanced students and advanced students. The transformation of the lower-level students is a systematic job, and it is the responsibility of the class teacher to take responsibility. In the conversion of later students, the practice may not be the same. There may be differences in focus, entry point and attack point, but as long as the final result is good, it will be successful. I use my own practice as a class teacher as an example to talk about some superficial views.
