为了多快好省地开拓高层建筑深基础施工的新途径,针对深圳、珠海及全国各地区地质条件的特点,铁道部大桥工程局工程技术人员把“钻孔灌注桩施工法”应用到高层建筑深基础施工和软基础处理工程中来,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。钻孔灌注桩施工的要点是利用大口径钻孔机,采取反循环排渣方式,在土层或岩层中钻孔,当钻头钻至设计标高之后,从孔内提出钻头,下放预制好的钢筋笼骨架,灌注水下混凝土,即成为桩柱。
