近来,以企业法人代表为原告,另一些企业和新闻界为被告的名誉纠纷增多,像尽人皆知的“505”中国咸阳保健品厂名誉权案,华旗果茶纠纷等。有专家称,这是继1988年我国新闻官司高峰后的又一个高峰。市场经济体制的建立使竞争加剧,名誉问题越来越关系到企业的生死存亡。这既是此现象产生的原因,也是今后会更多的动因。如何评论新闻媒介、记者在这类纠纷中的行为,如何调整舆论监督、经济报道的某些模式,对企业间一些不正当竞争手段如何识别,我们将此作为“热门话题”专栏的第一个话题开展讨论,欢迎大家各抒己见。
Recently, there has been an increase in reputation disputes involving corporate legal representatives as plaintiffs and other companies and the press as defendants, as well known as “505” China Xianyang Health Products Factory Reputation Right Case and Huaqi Fruit Tea Dispute.
