本文介绍用针剌无纺布(涤纶)、编织布(聚丙烯)以及Netlon(CE131)等3种土工合成材料在津港公路试验段加固浅层软土地基的施工情况。通过测算,这种施工技术除了施工简便、可大大缩短工期之外,另一主要优势是大幅度降低工程造价。对于低路堤(填土高度不大于3m),如果采用头2种土工合成材料,当沙源匮乏时可不加铺沙垫层。但当软土层较厚时,则应加铺适当厚度的砂垫层,以利软土地基的排水固结。此外,沉降观测结果表明,土工合成材料能有效地减少路堤中心轴处的沉降,从而使地基的沉降趋于均匀。
This paper describes the construction of shallow soft soil foundation reinforced with three kinds of geosynthetic materials such as needle-punched non-woven fabric (polyester), woven fabric (polypropylene), and Netlon (CE131). Through calculations, this construction technology is not only simple and easy to construct, but also greatly shortens the construction period. Another major advantage is the significant reduction in construction costs. For low embankments (filling height is less than 3m), if the first two types of geosynthetics are used, sand mats may not be added when sand resources are scarce. However, when the soft soil layer is thick, an appropriate thickness of sand cushion layer should be added to facilitate drainage consolidation of soft soil foundation. In addition, the settlement observation results show that the geosynthetic material can effectively reduce the settlement at the center axis of the embankment, so that the settlement of the foundation tends to be uniform.
