一、概述热芯盒制芯工艺是廿世纪六十年代的新工艺。在美国、苏联、西德、日本等国家都有了一定的发展和较广泛的应用。在我国,从六十年代开始,尤其是文化大革命以来,这项新工艺亦得到了迅速的发展和应用。在设备方面,已有重庆铸造机械厂生产的ZZ863、ZZ8612单工位热芯盒射芯机,2ZZ8612二工位热芯盒射芯机;K85、K87壳芯机;有苏州铸造机械厂生产的Z8612单工位热芯盒射芯机和2ZZ8625、2ZZ8640二工位热芯盒射芯机。另外还有上海地区自力更生、自行设计制造的ZZ8625单工位热芯盒射芯机;重庆某厂自行设计制造的2ZZ8680二工位热芯盒射芯机。在材料方面,北京日用化工二厂、北京发酵研究所、长春汽车厂合作试制成
