实施创业促就业工作是落实十七大精神的要求,是解决民生问题的体现,是加快经济发展的需要。2008年元月至4月份,湖北省鄂州市劳动保障部门共开办创业培训班7期,培训391人,扶持创业带头人67人,带动就业456人,初步实现了以政策扶持创业、以培训指导创业、以项目支撑创业、以资金保障创业、以创业带动就业、以就业促进增收,通过创业富民促进经济社会发展,在全市上下形成了新一轮的创业高
