为解决铁路货物运输价格制定与市场接轨不紧密等问题,基于现行行业规章和市场现状,提出一种市场化的铁路货物运输价格体系的制订方法及定价模型。该方法主要考虑运输时间、公路运输价格、淡旺季和运量规模等市场因素,同时兼顾作业强度、运输设备质量、列车准点率等铁路内部生产因素,以促进市场化铁路物流价格机制的形成。
In order to solve the problem that the price of railway freight transportation is not closely linked to the market, a method and pricing model based on the current industry rules and the current situation of the market are put forward to develop a market-oriented railway freight transportation price system. The method considers mainly the market factors such as the transportation time, the price of road transportation, the season of light and the peak and the volume of transportation. At the same time, this method takes into account the internal production factors such as the operation intensity, the quality of transportation equipment and the punctuality rate of trains, so as to promote the formation of the pricing mechanism of market-oriented railway logistics.
