前人的工作已证明体细胞无性系的变异频率和变异幅度比其他育种方法创造的变异要大要广。在小麦抗赤霉病性方面,无性系的变异规律,正在开始研究。余毓君等提出(崇阳红麦×鄂恩一号)幼胚培养F_2R_2代的抗赤霉病性遗传特点表现在:R_2代较F_2代更具有发病慢、病情轻、抗性增强、株系间差异显著等特点。本试验进一步选用多种材料,从基因型间、株间、穗间的差异进行无性系R_2代变异特点的研究,以加深对无性系抗赤霉病性变异规律的认识。
Previous work has demonstrated that the frequency and variation of somaclonal variations are much larger than those created by other breeding methods. In wheat resistance to head blight, clonal variation, is beginning to study. The genetic characteristics of F_2R_2 generation in young embryos raised by Yu et al. (Chongyang Oolong × E’en) were as follows: The R_2 generation had slower onset of disease, lighter disease and more resistance than F_2 generation, Significant differences and other characteristics. In this experiment, a variety of materials were further selected to study the characteristics of R_2 generation variation in clones from the differences among genotypes, strains and ears, in order to deepen the understanding of the clonal resistance to Fusarium head blight.
