气体保护焊的电弧、熔滴及保护气流是相互作用的,对这三过程的孤立研究难以给出焊接过程的全面正确图象。三景一图的困难在于其成象原理不同,迄今尚无有关这一课题的报导。本方法以激光为背光,以小孔光阑调节弧光亮度来同时清晰地显示电弧及熔滴,并以反射重叠法将气流象重叠于喷嘴处,得到了反映真实焊接过程的三景一图。
Arc welding gas shielded, droplet and shielding gas flow interaction, the isolated study of these three processes is difficult to give a comprehensive and correct image of the welding process. Three Kingdoms map of the difficulty lies in the different imaging principles, so far there is no report on this issue. The method uses a laser as a backlight, adjusts the arc brightness with a small aperture diaphragm to clearly show the arc and the droplet at the same time, and superimposes the gas flow image at the nozzle by the reflection and overlap method, thereby obtaining three views of a real welding process.
