高一开学迎接新生,拿着初升高的成绩单,我点名确认,看他们个个青春阳光,热情活泼,可成绩太低,日后学习的困难可想而知。随着相处时日的增加,我给他们分了几类:认真学习型、聪明多动型、活泼开朗型、愚钝好动型、呆若木鸡型,其中认真学习型人数少之又少。作为教育者,我们不能放弃任何人,针对这个年龄段的特点,重视学生的精神成长和人格发育尤为重要。
Freshmen to meet freshmen, holding the initial high transcripts, I confirm the name to see them all the youthful sunshine, warm and lively, can be too low, the difficulty of learning in the future can be imagined. As time went on, I divided them into several categories: earnest learning type, clever hyperactive type, lively cheerful type, stupid active type, staggering type of wood, of which the number of serious learning type is very small.
