中国收缩地区的城市用地演变机制研究

与世界传统工业城市和地区在城市收缩过程中经历的衰落不同,中国的城市收缩现象具有特殊性,人口流失与空间扩张、城市收缩和规模膨胀往往同时出现.以往研究主要针对收缩城市的识别及测度,运用数据主要为人口及各类社会经济数据,对城市收缩过程中土地利用的变化及机制较少触及.本文以黑龙江省这个典型收缩地区32市为例,首先对其城市收缩进行识别和分类,其次对不同类型收缩城市的城市土地利用现状及变化趋势进行分析.首先研究区域人口收缩与用地扩张同时存在的特征明显.不同类型的城市在城市收缩过程中土地利用规模和结构、用地效率演变特征存在明显分异.相比非收缩城市,人口收缩城市用地扩张速度明显较快,其中人口轻度收缩城市比人口重度收缩城市用地扩张更为显著.
