DPL激光器温控系统设计

  DPL(二极管泵浦)激光器广泛用于激光指示系统,但其输出光功率受温度影响,为了提供稳定的温度工作点,需要良好的温度控制.本文论述该温控系统设计.提出了以精密Pt电阻为温度反馈,以TEC(半导体制冷片)为执行机构,基于PXI控制器的温控架构,分析了各个控制部件的参数指标,在经典PID控制算法基础上,论述了适合于控制对象的参数整定方法,并改进了PID控制算法.实现了-50-60℃范围内,±0.1℃的控温性能,较长时间稳定度可达±0.05℃.
