Method to improve photoelectric efficiency of laser power beaming based on photovoltaic cell layout

  Aiming at the problem that the energy distribution of laser beam is not uniform,the photoelectric efficiency of the photovoltaic cell array is greatly affected,and a method of improving photoelectric efficiency based on photovoltaic cell layout optimization is proposed.Analysis of the photoelectric conversion factors of photovoltaic array; reference solar panels suppression shadow effect,according to the Gaussian laser beam energy distribution characteristics,improving efficiency scheme based on photovoltaic cell layout optimization is designed; simulate output characteristics of photovoltaic cell array under the inhomogeneous irradiation power density,analysis of the efficiency of the optimization of the photovoltaic cell layout optimization.Finally,improving efficiency scheme of photovoltaic cell layout optimization is verified by the experimental.
