2微米波段锁模光纤激光器在生命科学、医疗、军事、自由空间通信以及中红外光谱学等领域有着广泛的应用,因此研究2微米波段锁模光纤激光器有着重要意义.本文介绍了一种全光纤结构被动锁模掺铥光纤激光器,激光器采用环形腔结构,环形腔腔长43.8m,中心波长为793nm的多模半导体激光器作为泵浦源,其最大输出功率为12W,采用5 m长掺铥双包层光纤作为激光增益光纤,30cm长铥钬共掺光纤作为被动锁模可饱和吸收体,中心波长为2010nm的光纤光栅作为波长选择器.
