基于微流控分离技术与微机电系统加工技术,设计并制作了微型气相色谱柱。并针对工业生产中所排放的挥发性有机物进行固定相的选择与芯片涂敷。设计了一整套快速定量进样系统,并使用模块化的分离检测方式,利用不同的分离模块对不同的气体进行模块式快速分离检测。提高了检测速度,整体系统可以实现在短时间内针对多种混合气体的快速分析。
Based on microfluidic separation technology and micro-electro-mechanical system processing technology, micro GC columns were designed and fabricated. And for the industrial production of volatile organic compounds in the volatile phase selection and chip coating. A set of rapid quantitative injection system was designed, and the modular separation detection method was used. Different separation modules were used to perform rapid module-based separation tests on different gases. Improve the detection speed, the overall system can be achieved in a short period of time for a variety of mixed gas rapid analysis.
