目的探讨局部应用激素治疗急性前葡萄膜炎的方法、疗效,以及复发率。方法对36例急性前葡萄膜炎病例常规给予局部结膜下注射甲基强的松龙12 mg(0.3 m l),隔日1次,一般不超过3次。同时局部点用0.5%醋酸可的松及0.1%双氯酚酸钠眼药水。个别严重病例经局部激素治疗后不能控制病情,则予口服大剂量强的松80~100 mg,逐日减量10~20 mg,1~3 d停药,继续局部激素治疗。结果全部病例于3周内痊愈,未出现全身并发症,半年内无1例复发,1年内复发率11.1%(4例)。结论大多数急性前葡萄膜炎不需全身激素治疗。
Objective To investigate the method, efficacy and recurrence rate of topical application of hormone in the treatment of acute anterior uveitis. Methods Thirty-six patients with acute anterior uveitis were routinely given local subconjunctival injection of methylprednisolone 12 mg (0.3 ml) every other day, usually no more than 3 times. At the same time local points with 0.5% cortisone acetate and 0.1% diclofenac sodium eye drops. Some serious cases of local hormone therapy can not control the disease, the large dose of oral prednisone 80 ~ 100 mg, 10 ~ 20 mg daily dose, 1 ~ 3 d withdrawal, continue the local hormone therapy. Results All the cases were cured within 3 weeks. No systemic complications occurred. No recurrence occurred within 6 months, and the recurrence rate was 11.1% within 1 year (4 cases). Conclusion Most anterior anterior uveitis does not require systemic hormonal therapy.
