众所周知,随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,医疗市场被逐渐开放,新医改形势下,更多的医院在获得了一定的发展机遇的同时也面临着压力和挑战,医院面临的竞争压力也逐渐增大,所以如何让医院在新医改的形势下获得更多的机遇和挑战、赢得更多的经济效益和社会效益逐渐成为了医院领导和相关工作人员关心和重视的问题之一,全面预算管理体系作为促进医院经营和发展的基础,能够有效的规避医院现有预算管理模式中的问题和不足,无疑成为了业界人士研究的重点,因此,本文就新医改形势下医院全面预算管理体系的相关问题进行了分析和研究,以期能够引起业界人士的关心和重视,进而提高医院全面预算管理体系构建的效率和效果,促进医院在新医改形势下获得更好更快的发展和进步。
