目的比较美松糊剂和氧化锌糊剂用于根管治疗术后的疼痛反应。方法选择2008—2010年在沈阳市口腔医院口腔内科就诊的急、慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者200例(209颗患牙),随机分为试验组(102例,111颗患牙)和对照组(98例,98颗患牙)。在根管充填时,分别采用美松糊剂(试验组)或氧化锌糊剂(对照组)加牙胶尖侧方加压根管充填,观察两组根管充填后患牙疼痛状况。结果试验组患牙术后疼痛占27.9%,对照组患牙术后疼痛占64.3%,试验组患牙术后疼痛明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与氧化锌糊剂相比,美松糊剂是更理想的根管充填材料,用于根管充填的术后疼痛明显减轻,可在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To compare the pain relief responses of MEBO and zinc oxide paste after root canal therapy. Methods A total of 200 patients (209 teeth) with acute and chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis treated in Department of Stomatology, Shenyang Stomatological Hospital from 2008 to 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group (102 cases, 111 teeth) And control group (98 cases, 98 teeth). In the root canal filling, respectively, the United States-song paste (test group) or zinc oxide paste (control group) plus side of the gutta-percha pressure root canal filling to observe the two groups of tooth root canal pain after tooth filling. Results The postoperative pain was 27.9% in the experimental group and 64.3% in the control group. The postoperative pain in the experimental group was significantly lighter than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the zinc oxide paste, the United States-song paste is a more ideal root canal filling material for postoperative root canal filling postoperative pain significantly reduced, can be widely used in clinical practice.
