《中华人民共和国档案法》对各级国家档案馆开放档案的期限、范围、对象、手续,以及对暂不开放的档案提供利用的原则和方式等,作出了明确的规定。要把《档案法》这些规定落到实处,必须建设一大批开放型的档案馆。这样,才能更好地为社会主义现代化建设服务。一、开放型档案馆的涵义开放型是相对于封闭型、半封闭型而言的。所谓封闭型,就是一定的事物工程既无物质输入也无物质输出的模型。反之,则为开放型。
