目的探讨腹腔镜手术器械能达到安全、快速的灭菌方法。方法将两套腹腔镜手术器械采用2种不同的灭菌方法即环氧乙烷+2%戊二醛灭菌和汇日灭菌器灭菌。腹腔镜手术器械分成两个部分即带电和非带电部分。第一套的腹腔镜带电器械采用环氧乙烷干式灭菌12h、非带电器械采用2%戊二醛浸泡灭菌10h;第二套的腹腔镜带电器械经严格防水处理后一同与非带电器械放入汇日灭菌器内快速低温湿灭菌40min。结果两套腹腔镜手术器械采用环氧乙烷+2%戊二醛灭菌和汇日灭菌器灭菌,灭菌效果都达到100%。结论2种方法均能达到灭菌效果,但汇日灭菌方法仅需40min,能快速、安全的满足临床接台手术的要求。
Objective To explore a safe and rapid sterilization method for laparoscopic instruments. Methods Two sets of laparoscopic surgical instruments were sterilized by two different sterilization methods: ethylene oxide + 2% glutaraldehyde and gas exchange sterilizer. Laparoscopic surgical instruments are divided into two sections, the charged and uncharged sections. The first set of laparoscopic electrosurgical equipment with ethylene oxide dry sterilization 12h, non-charged instruments with 2% glutaraldehyde immersion sterilization 10h; the second set of laparoscopic electrosurgical equipment after strict waterproofing together with the uncharged Instruments placed in the Department of rapid sterilization at low temperature wet sterilization 40min. Results Two sets of laparoscopic instruments were sterilized with ethylene oxide + 2% glutaraldehyde and a day sterilizer. The sterilizing effects were both 100%. Conclusion Both of the two methods can achieve the sterilization effect, but the daily sterilization method only needs 40 minutes, which can meet the requirements of clinical operation after receiving the surge quickly and safely.
