为了解成年学生接种不同剂量重组乙肝疫苗免疫效果,以及接种相同剂量重组乙肝疫苗后男女生的效果差别,本研究组织某高职院校学生分组进行10ug与20ug乙肝疫苗接种,测定抗体产生情况,比较阳转率。结果显示接种20ug乙肝疫苗的阳转率明显比10ug高;接种10ug乙肝疫苗的男生比女生的阳转率高。推荐接种10ug乙肝疫苗效果不理想的成年学生接种20ug乙肝疫苗。
