应用经颅多谱勒超声(TCD)检测30例尿毒症血透患者,结果显示:观察组MCA、ACA、PCA、VA和BA的Vm均明显高于对照组(P<0.001).观察组各动脉的PI与对照组相比无差异(P>0.05).观察组各动脉的血流速度在血透后有明显降低(P<0.05).血透后的脑血流速度仍高于对照组(P<0.01),但PI变化不显著(P>0.05).说明:TCD能检测尿毒症血透患者脑血管痉挛所致的血流速度改变.
The results of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) in 30 patients with uremia hemodialysis showed that the Vm of MCA, ACA, PCA, VA and BA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.001) Arterial PI had no difference compared with the control group (P> 0.05) .After the hemodialysis, the blood flow velocity of each artery in the observation group was significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the cerebral blood flow velocity after hemodialysis was still higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), but the changes of PI were not significant (P> 0.05), indicating that TCD can detect the changes of blood flow velocity caused by cerebral vasospasm in patients with uremia hemodialysis.
