先进班集体的评比,是学校管理工作的一项重要措施。过去,我们一直习惯于翻看报送的书面材料,听取座谈发言或通过投票选举的方式产生先进集体。事实证明,这样做的弊端较多,主要是没有客观的评比标准和科学的评比方法,容易挫伤学生的积极性,引起一系列的矛盾。为了使学生管理工作逐步走向系统化、科学化,我们根据师范学校的特点,从一九八四年上学期开始,采用了“积分制”的评比方法,期末按各班积分的高低排出名次,评出先进班集体。具体做法如下: (一)评比内容:①常规性评比,如每周的考勤、单周的教室黑板报(或手抄报等)评比和双周的卫生评比。②单项活动评比,如
