目的 肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor receptor,HGF)是具有多种生物活性的细胞因子,通遇与受体结合转导生物学效应,发挥促细胞增生、促运动和促形态发生等作用。本实验目的在于观察增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)不同时期视网膜前膜(epiretinal membranes,ERM)中HGF受体的表达情况。方法 13例PDR患者行玻璃体切除术剥离视网膜前膜。采用免疫组化染色方法观察HGFR在ERM中的表达情况。结果 在7例Ⅳ、Ⅴ期ERM标本中,5例HGF受体阳性表达,阳性表达率为71.4%;6例PDRⅥ期增殖前膜标本中,有5例HGF受体阳性表达,阳性表达率为83.3%。HGF受体阳性表达率与PDR分期无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论 HGF受体在PDR视网膜前增生膜中表达,提示HGF可能参与了PDR增生膜的形成。
Objective Hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGF) is a kind of cytokine with many biological activities. It can play a role in promoting cell proliferation, promoting movement and promoting morphogenesis through the biological effects of receptor binding and transduction. The purpose of this experiment was to observe the expression of HGF receptor in the epiretinal membranes (ERM) in proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR). Methods Thirteen patients with PDR underwent vitrectomy to peel off the anterior retinal membrane. Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression of HGFR in ERM. Results Of the 7 cases of stage Ⅳ and stage Ⅴ ERM specimens, 5 cases of HGF receptor positive expression rate of 71.4%; 6 cases of PDR Ⅵ pre-proliferative membrane specimens, 5 cases of HGF receptor positive expression was 83.3%. The positive rate of HGF receptor was not significantly different from that of PDR (P> 0.05). Conclusions The HGF receptor is expressed in the PDR preproliferative membrane, suggesting that HGF may be involved in the formation of PDR hyperplasia.
