教师的心理偏见主要表现在对学生的教育过程中,它是教师、特别是青年教师教育情感的大忌。因为心理偏见不但会影响教师对学生的全面认识,甚至会阻碍学生智力、思想、心理等基本素养的发展,产生教育的逆向效果。形成教师心理偏见的主要原因是由于教师偏于一方面的见解,至使对学生产生成见。清除心理偏见要对“症”施“治”,现介绍以下方法: 一、抹掉“第一印象”。“第一印象”是指学生留在教师头脑里的初次迹象,往往带有偏面性、主观性和不确定性。要消除由“第一印象”产生的心理偏见,教师要尽量避免“先入为主”的消极影响,不轻
The psychological prejudice of teachers is mainly manifested in the process of education for students. It is a taboo for the education of teachers, especially young teachers. Because psychological prejudice will not only affect the overall understanding of the students on the students, and may even hinder the development of students’ basic literacy such as intelligence, ideology, and psychology, resulting in an adverse effect of education. The main reason for the formation of teachers’ psychological prejudice is because teachers tend to focus on one aspect of their opinions, leading to prejudice against students. To eliminate psychological prejudice, we must apply the “treatment” to “diseases”. Now we introduce the following methods: 1. Erase “first impressions”. “First impression” refers to the first signs of students staying in the teacher’s mind, often with partiality, subjectivity, and uncertainty. To eliminate the psychological bias generated by the “first impression”, teachers should try to avoid the negative impact of “preemptive” and not light.
