建立了QuEChERS结合高效液相质谱联用仪快速检测四种水果中多菌灵的方法,并对四种水果的基质效应进行分析。在0.2~0.01 mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性相关性,线性相关系数大于0.99。最小检出限为0.10μg/kg,定量限为0.37μg/kg,多菌灵在四种水果中的平均回收率为93.2%~109.3%,RSD为5.0%~9.6%。该方法操作简单可靠,精密度,准确度及其灵敏度均满足农药残留分析的要求。
A method of rapid detection of carbendazim in four fruits by QuEChERS combined with high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was established and the matrix effects of four fruits were analyzed. In the concentration range of 0.2 ~ 0.01 mg / L, there was a good linear correlation, the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99. The limit of detection was 0.10μg / kg. The limit of quantification was 0.37μg / kg. The average recoveries of carbendazim in three fruits were 93.2% -109.3% and RSD was 5.0% -9.6%. The method is simple, reliable, precise, accurate and sensitive to meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
