为分析2010版系列结构设计规范的修订对高层建筑混凝土结构用钢量变化带来的影响,选取3类具有代表性的高层建筑结构为研究对象,采用PKPM软件,分别按照2002版和2010版系列结构设计规范的规定和要求,进行了框架结构、框架-剪力墙结构、剪力墙结构的计算分析和截面设计。根据设计结果统计了各类结构主要构件的用钢量,对比分析了结构按照新老规范设计在单位用钢量方面的差异。分析结果表明:按新规范设计,框架结构和框架-剪力墙结构的总用钢量约减少12%~13%,板单位用钢量约减少18%~25%,经济性得到明显提升;剪力墙结构的总用钢量新老规范基本持平,其中墙、梁用钢量约增加5%~6%,板用钢量约减少21%,新规范的设计规定更加安全合理。
In order to analyze the impact of the revision of the 2010 edition of the structural design code on the variation of steel used in high-rise building concrete structures, three types of representative high-rise building structures were selected as the research object. The PKPM software was used respectively according to the 2002 edition and 2010 edition Structural design specifications and requirements, carried out the frame structure, frame - shear wall structure, the calculation and analysis of shear wall structure and cross-section design. According to the design results, the amount of steel used in the main components of all kinds of structures was counted, and the differences in the amount of steel used per unit according to the new and old codes were compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the total steel consumption of the frame structure and frame-shear wall structure is reduced by about 12% ~ 13% and the unit steel consumption is reduced by about 18% ~ 25% according to the new code design. The economy is obviously improved. The total amount of steel used in the shear wall structure of the old and new norms are basically the same, including wall, beam steel increased by about 5% to 6%, about 21% reduction in the amount of plate steel, the new standard design rules more safe and reasonable.
