为了对观察实验中玉米新组合穗部性状进行综合评价与遗传基础研究,通过对9个玉米新组合及对照的12个穗部性状进行主成分分析,结果表明:轴重与含水量可能受到相同基因的调节,轴粗具有独立的遗传机制,而其余穗部性状间可能存在一因多效的情况,具有相似的遗传基础;B6、B13和B34组合在试验中综合表现最好,ck排在第7位。研究明确了穗部性状间的相互关系,筛选了穗部表现优良的新组合,为玉米育种中穗部性状的改良提供参考。
In order to comprehensively evaluate the ear traits of maize combinations and to study their genetic basis, the principal component analysis of 12 panicle traits of 9 new maize combinations and controls showed that the axle weight and water content may be the same The regulation of gene and axis thick have independent genetic mechanism, but there may be a one-factor multiplicative effect between the other panicle traits, which has a similar genetic basis.
