中小学教育“减负提质”一直以来都是学校发展中存在的重要课题。在课程改革的大背景下要求学校必须坚持从教育实际出发立足学校实情,开放思维、积极学习、广泛借鉴、共谋发展。学校要依靠教师、依靠文化和学习生态。营造良好的学生学习环境和教师发展环境,凝心聚力,共同进取。笔者通过多年的教学研究总结一些实践经验,希望为后期的研究人员提供一些思路。
Primary and secondary education “burden reduction ” has always been an important issue in school development. Under the background of curricular reform, schools must insist that schools should proceed from the reality of education and base themselves on the facts of the school. They should open their minds, actively study, make extensive use of them and seek common development. Schools rely on teachers, relying on culture and learning ecology. Create a good student learning environment and teacher development environment, solidarity, and common progress. The author summarizes some practical experiences through years of teaching and research and hopes to provide some ideas for later researchers.
