[案例背景]:在高考指挥棒仍然存在的今天,许多高中老师为了让学生尽快适应高考,甚至在高一阶段就让学生接触并训练高考题。殊不知,这种揠苗助长、急功近利的做法并没有收到明显效益,甚至适得其反,如打击了学生的自信心、挫伤了学生学习语文的积极性。我曾经就是这众多老师中的一员,由于连续教了几年高三语文,去年以备课组长的身份回到高一年级,我颇有体会。
[Case Background]: Today, when the college entrance examination baton still exists, many high school teachers allow students to get in touch with and train college entrance exams even in the first phase as soon as possible for the students to adapt to the college entrance examination.
