近几年来,我国小水电事业发展十分迅速,为充分利用水力资源,大批的小型水电站并网运行,对工农业生产的发展作出了重要贡献。但是,小水电站并入大电网运行后,由于各种各样的原因,有一部分小型水轮发电机组发不足无功功率,有的机组甚至发不出无功功率而造成进相运行,有的机组在枯水期不能用作调相机运行。这些电站由于机组发不足无功功率或发不出无功功率而造成直接的经济损失之外,在某些情况严重的电站甚至会造成水轮发电机组失去稳定运行的能力。在这里,笔者想就这一问题进行比较详细的分析。
