本文观察了从中药柴胡中提取的单体成分柴胡皂甙d(SSd)对被动性Heymann肾炎(PHN)的疗效。结果表明,用SSd治疗可以减轻PHN大鼠蛋白尿,肾小球病理变化也得到不同程度的改善。血清皮质酮水平和肾皮质超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,血清甘油三酯含量和肾皮质磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)活性降低,肾小球内IgG和C3的沉积明显减少。提示SSd的抗肾炎作用与其促进内源性糖皮质激素分泌、抑制PLA_2活性、阻止IgG和C3在肾小球内沉积、提高SOD活性及改善异常的脂质代谢等作用密切相关。
This article observed the efficacy of the monomeric component saikosaponin d (SSd) extracted from Radix Bupleuri in the treatment of passive Heymann nephritis (PHN). The results showed that treatment with SSd can reduce proteinuria in PHN rats, and the pathological changes of glomerulus are also improved to varying degrees. Serum corticosterone levels and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in renal cortex increased, serum triglyceride levels and renal cortex phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2) activity decreased, and glomerular IgG and C3 deposition decreased significantly. The anti-nephritis effect of SSd is closely related to its role in promoting the secretion of endogenous glucocorticoids, inhibiting the activity of PLA2, preventing the deposition of IgG and C3 in the glomerulus, increasing the activity of SOD, and improving the abnormal lipid metabolism.
