为观察大鼠在不同海拔高度和不同缺氧时间血液、肝、脑组织酮体含量变化,大鼠分别在5000m、7000m、9000m模拟高度,每高度度均分别停留2、4和8h。结果表明,在7000m高度停留2及4h,以及在9000m高度停留2、4及8h,血中酮体浓度显著高于海平时,而肝组织中酮体含量则显著地低于海平时,脑组织中酮体含量在上述3个模拟高度,均未见明显改变
To observe the contents of ketone bodies in blood, liver and brain tissue of rats at different altitudes and different hypoxia time, the rats were respectively kept at simulated altitude of 5000m, 7000m and 9000m for 2, 4 and 8 h respectively.
